Tapis Teknik is in its third decade of service particularly in the vegetable oil industry. We were founded in 1980 and began manufacturing filter leaves, screen repairs and remeshing services in 1984. Since then we have designed and manufactured numerous filtration equipment.
In 2005 Tapis Teknik purchased the design, manufacture and selling rights for the Vibrodynamic range of separators from SWG Process Engineering Ltd based in Stoke-on-Trent England.
SWG had over 40 years of technical knowledge in the design and marketing of separation equipment with a well established customer base throughout Europe. The vast technical and knowledge based background provided by SWG helps our production teams and application engineers in giving the best advice on both plant layout and control parameters.
Having developed new standards in engineering excellence using the most up to date rim flanging equipment, robotic welding, and laser profiling, Tapis is able to produce a quality controlled cost effective range of screening equipment to meet European and international standard.
Tapis currently employs 50 people including a staff of engineers. Our production facilities include a welding shop, a fully equipped machine shop and a filter leaf and screen manufacturing department. We thus fabricate everything under one roof. This self-sufficiency of our operation gives us the edge in today competitive business environment in product quality, price and prompt delivery.
