Southern Petroleum Construction Company, with the brand name and logo of Alpha ECC, was established in on May 7th, 2003 in Dong Xuyen Industrial Zone, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
The company was founded with the purpose of providing maintenance services and minor repairs to offshore oil and gas industry. In addition, the company's aims since its inception is work involving, fabrication of steel structures, piping fabrication, and other essential services needed by the growing oil and gas industry here and abroad.
A very strong development period from 2004 to 2007 Alpha ECC extended its maintenance services and maintenance and upgrades to rigs. During this time, Alpha ECC has provided services to most of the oil and gas companies here in Vietnam.
In 2007, with the achievement of the ASME U, S and R certificates, Alpha ECC has ventured into manufacturing pressure tanks and other equipment and technology for the oil industry. From 2007 to now, Alpha ECC has been involved in designing, manufacturing and supplying more than 10 kinds of different equipment and technologies for rig building in Vietnam. The main types of equipment that Alpha ECC designs and manufactures are pumps and chemical treatment (chemical injection skid), filtration and separation units for oil and gas production (separators, open & drain vessels, fuel & utility gas conditioning skids, ...), metering equipment (metering skids) and many other kinds of devices.
