In 1984, we had started construction of 64KByte semiconductor factory of SAMSUNG, M-line semiconductor institute of SAMSUNG in 1985, and erection of 1M-DRAM semiconductor factory of SAMSUNG, as like these, we have been cumulated the Know-How through the erection of ultra-hi-purified gas system and development of the localized equipment of the semiconductors from the first stage of Korean semiconductor industries. As the result of We have achieved successful erection (years1985)of the Toxic Gas Piping by own technologies without introduction of foreign technology and any foreign supervisor as the first time in Korea, and had developed localization of the Hydrogen supplying system (year 1986) and almost Equipment of semiconductor had been localized, and we are specialized group founded by the top engineers in Korea in the equipment of semiconductor with erection capability that has international competitiveness.I had awarded from SAMSUNG Electronics "the staff of collaborators who devoted to realize the ultra -Top firm in 21st century" and the honor prize from Minister of commerce & industries for the Meritorious of deeds to develop electric and electronic industries, therefor, I do my best with sincere bearing and responsibility to keep promises with for our with our customers and for development ourselves.We would like to lead development of new technologies and services based upon the accumulated technologies of ultra-Hi-purity in semiconductor industries and the localization careers of the equipment to realize the most optimized design and utmost systems for our customers impression.
