2. Unconditional Irrevocable Bank Guarantee (BG) the format of ICC-458, issued and confimed by the Prime World Bank for the term 365 +30 days, and funded for value of 3 months consignmen. Against Performance Bond 2% of value of BG..
3. Prepayment on the Seller`s account at the amount of the value of 3 months consignment Against of bank guarantee of the Seller`s bank to the sum of 102% of the sum of prepayment.
4. 100 % prepayment of the value of one monthly consignment. Against Performance Bond 2 % of the sum of prepayment.
The price of the goods is depends from conditions of payment. (Point 1- 4)
