HeBei YongYang Steel Company Ltd. is a joint venture with registered capital of RMB 23million and established by YongNian Roll Steel Factory together with HuNan Changde Urban Construction development Company and Hong Kong Yizhou Company Ltd. In 1993. It has more than 3,000 employees including more than 150 persons who are the high-level technical professionals and managers.
The total fixed assets value of our Company is around RMB 1.1 billion and has the land area of mill for total more than 200,000 Square Meters. In 2009, the total production value reaches RMB 4.2 billion and the profit and tax income reaches 250 million. The annual designed output of steel products of our company is 900,000 tons for which including four (4) rolling line of roll mill.
