The goal of Nexus Fuel Products is to provide consumers with a new line of fuel additives, Nexus Fuel Catalyst. Our products address the problems created by the high ethanol content in oxygenated gasoline and biodiesel fuels. The adverse affects of high ethanol content include: severe damage to the engine; corrosion of metal parts; deterioration of rubber or plastic parts; deposits in fuel systems and combustion chamber; fuel system components are damaged from acid corrosion; resulting in the need for costly engine and fuel system repairs. Biodiesel fuel creates a number of problems compared to conventional diesel fuels, including: 5-7% less BTU per gallon compares to regular diesel; it is biodegradable and generally lasts less than 90 Days; it is prone to fuel fouling (growth of yeast, fungus, bacteria); it contains 10 times the amount of dissolved water; it can lead to aluminum corrosion; it is harmful to rubber and plastic components; it acts as a solvent plugging fuel filters; it performs poorly in cold weather (cloud point/ pour point); and it causes NOx to be increased (+-) 2%.
By addressing the problems created by high ethanol content and biodiesel, this line of products enables a more complete combustion. As a result of more complete combustion, engines operate more efficiently, cost effectively, and with drastically lower emission of greenhouse gases (hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, particulate matter, and oxides of nitrogen). Our products will help consumers save * through reduced vehicle maintenance costs, increased engine efficiency, and lower fuel consumption. We believe we will quickly overtake the competition because we offer superior products based on nanotechnology that drastically increases horsepower, increases gas mileage by up to 25%; and reduces harmful emissions by up to 85%.
Our fuel additives are superior to other fuel additives on the market because they do not contain alcohol or petroleum distillates. These compounds, at best, are non-functional and, at worst attack Buna-N, neoprene, nylon and rubber, and cause premature failure of various components and contaminate the oil. In contrast, Nexus Fuel Catalyst utilizes the most advanced technology available on the market today. We have developed 100% synthetic earth friendly formulas that will not dry out, swell, or attack any fuel system component. This line of products has been developed and tested over the past four years. We have data from trucks and construction equipment from four companies and a university study that indicate our products are highly effective.
