Kaiyan Electronic brought the whole set of PHILPS equipment, specializing in the recycling and reproduction of glass bulbs of CRTs, such as panels, funnels, neck tubes and metal accessory etc. Our main products are 14", 15", 17", 21", 25", 29" and 34" color displays, and the yearly reproduction capacity is 1,000,000 sets. In 2001, Kaiyan Electronic successfully developed over the research of Connector Project and then put it into production. In the same year the project passed UL authorization. Up to now we've formed 8 series ( TJC1, TJC3, JC25, SCN, PH, SN, VH, LD ), totally 16 kinds specification .This project production capacity keeps nearly 5,000,000pcs per year ,and now we are designated as the eligible connectors supplier of LG-PHILPHS for they demanded wiring harness and other LCD/CRT TV manufactures.
