Municipal unitary enterprise Minskhlebprom was formed in may of1972. Today this enterprise is one of the biggest in the breadbaking industry of Belarus. Minskhlebprom includes 7 bread bakingplants, repair and engineering plant, boarding house for 260persons, 3 hostels, 14 bake shops and several minibakeries. Thenumber of employees of the enterprise is about 3500 people. Theoldest plant (bread baking plant number 2) was created 100 yeasago. However, all plants of Minskhlebprom have technologically new,modern and highly productive equipment of wellknown Europeancompanies: Mive, Daup, Gosto etc. Productive powers ofMinskhlebprom allow to produce about 335 tons of bread baking goodsa day, 27 tons of confectionery (cakes, pastries), more then 16tons of crust products, 14 tons of spice cakes and cookies. It goeswithout saying that the main product is bread. More then 75 typesof bread include rye breads, white breads, breads with long termsof storing and produced using four level technology. Among the mostpopular brands are Narochanskij, Ubilarnij, Starozhevskij,Radzivilovskij. Diet and diabetic products (more then 35 positions)as well as non yeast breads, baked by the special non yeasttechnology, are in the list of manufactured goods. Minskhlebpromproposes more then 150 types of rolls and buns. The most popularamong consumers are Pletenka Lyavoniha, Ukrainskaya, differentholiday and souvenir cakes, etc. The production of crust productsare performed by bread baking plants numbers 1, 5, Automate. Commonproductivity power of this plants is more then 12 tons of sooshkaand 10 tons of crust a day. Choice of this products is very large(more then 85 positions) vanilla sooshka and crust, with sesame,coconut, glazed, etc. Traditionally popular among consumers suchproduct as oatmeal cookies (20 positions).
