Our team of engineers, technicians, designers, operators and welders are among the most qualified and experienced in the industry.
Metal Forms has 3 units in Chennai, Tamilnadu (South India) and 1 unit in Alwar, Rajasthan (North India). Our 3rd Unit based in Oragadam, Tamilnadu (near Renault, Nissan, Daimler) houses a state-of-art Powder Coating facility setup jointly with Akzo Nobel International.
Our Products: Our vast product line includes - Auto Industry: Truck Frames / Chassis, Rolled Frame Channels, Bumpers, Cross Members, Spare Wheel Carriers, Misc Brackets, Oil Sumps etc
Power & Infrastructure: Heavy fabricated components such as Columns and Ducts
Railway: Misc stainless steel items such as Inlays and Basins for the coaches.
Export Market: We are the supplier of frames for Czech based truck manufacturing company AVIA (Ashok Leyland Subsidary)
Press Manufacturing: We design and assemble Hydraulic Presses (100T to 1000T) under the oldest and most reputed banner in India "Oriental"

Our Facility: Our facility includes a fully equipped Press Shop with Hydraulic/Mechanical Presses and Press Brakes (140 Tons - 400 Tons). We have an in-house Roll Forming line that can roll channels upto any length. We have CNC Punching and Cutting machines. Most of our machines are imported. Our design centre is equipped with Pro/E and Auto Cad.
Recognition: Aside from the numerous certificates of appreciation awarded to us by our suppliers, Metal Forms was awarded Golden Shield for New Product Development from Ashok Leyland for the year 2008.
