Jiangyin Fangyuan Ringlike Forging And Flange Co.,Ltd.established in 2005, is the member of the confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry.As one of the biggest ring forging mamufacturer,out company is specialized in manufacturing discs,ring forgings flanges and forgings used in pressure vessel field.
Our company has invested 20million EURO on establishing a new factory.The new factory covers an area of 100,000m2, building area 70,000m2. The main equipments:5 hydraulic press (800-3600T), 3 ring rolling machine (2500-5000mm), 5 charging machine (5-20T),vertical lathe (2500-5000mm),horizontal lathe, 2 high Speed Cnc DRILLING MACHINES ETC.The annual capacity is 100,000 tons.
Currently, the outside diameter of largest ring can reach 5000mm,the products are largely used in different industries like wind power,nuclear,petrol-chemical,electric power,machinery, shipping, bearing, etc.
There are 40% of our prducts sold to different countries like Germany, Italy, France, Sweden , Switzerland, USA, Canada and South-east Asian Market.
The number of total staffing Jiangyin Fangyuan Ringlike Forging & Flange Co.,Ltd is 600 employees.Among them,there are 138 engineers and technicians.Apart from these,we also own complete set of inspection equipment,which enable us to do chemical analysis,mechanical test,spectral test an UT test.
