Advik, based in Chakan near Pune, western part of India, is a global supplier of critical automotive components serving the worlds' Original Equipment Manufacturers in the Two& Three wheeler market. For most of our customers we are single source suppliers and for others we are the preferred supplier of products manufactured by us. Our esteemed customers include Honda Motorcycle& Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. Bajaj Auto Ltd. Suzuki Lombardni India Pvt. Ltd. LML Ltd. Kinetic Ltd. And Hero Motors. We are in advanced stages of discussions with some other Indian& International manufacturers as well.
In a short span of 4 years since inception in 2000, we manufacture over 50 different models/products of Lifter Tensioner Assemblies, Oil Pumps, Fuel Pumps, Fuel Cocks, Decompression Units and One Way Clutch,. We have been able to have this rapid development in part due to the exclusive R&D center with advanced facilities of 3D designing, simulation, prototyping and testing, and in greater part to the technologically sound and skilled staff and their superb teamwork.
Year 2004 has been a year of many achievements for Advik. We started activities for accreditation of TS16949 for company wide quality assurance from supplier to customer and TPM methodology in all our activities. We also took a huge step towards the international market by participating at the recently held Intermot, Munich. While the experience and exposure were overwhelming, we also had the privileged of companies like BMW, Yamaha, MBK, Hyosung, Honda Europe, etc discussing business with us.
