Jookjanyeon is our brand for production Korean traditonal paste called "Jang"Our company Youngil International has been estabilished 2009 from that time on we never stop to research to keep our traditonal of making jang. We are producing our jang with fine people of small village called Sangsari which is located in the edge of Pohang southen part of Korea. We are producing our jang with 100% natural ingredients, in Korean traditonal cast iron pot, oak wood, fermented in "Hwangtobag" (Korean old style room) and leave 2 years in Hangari (Jar 120~150liter) to get ready to serve.We are producing in old Korean style way but with modern hygiene facilities.
