They are usedfor connection with drive of rotating shafts of different machines– pumps, compressors, fans, i.e.Flexible membrane couplings provide effectivecompensation of all types’ relative displacement (de-centering) ofconnectable shafts. Compensation principle provides, in comparisonwith tooth-type and bush-finger couplings, multiple decrease ofradial and axial load on supports. Consequently – significantincrease of reliability and recourse of unit, decrease of noise andvibration.
