Based on the entrepreneurial spirit of my deceased father who was determined to produce purely traditional Korean food, Makama was founded not only to protect Korea's traditional food but also to establish a healthy food culture in the nation. Now, in pursuance of my father's spirit, I, myself a coutinuously managing the company, seeking the noble cause of my own. There are so many foodstuffs which tempting and delicious in the world. People get sick not because they cannot eat but eat wrongly. Although we have a lot of outstanding doctors and developed medicine, people still get sick suffering from various diseases and continuously go to hospital. Give the fact, I believe all those diseases are closely related to the lack of knowledge on how to choose right food and how to eat them. As someone involved in food business, I do feel heavy responsibility for cushy reality. In this regard, I dare ask those who are leading the nation's food industry to pay more attention to the protection of the public awareness and the industrial conscience o=in order to establish the healthy food culture in the nation, now is time when people should understand the fact that right food can serve as medicine for one's health.
