Elodie Ozara Ltd is a leading dairy products worldwide supplier based in south-east Bulgaria. Region famous for its cattle farms and food industry. It is a home of one of the first dairy farms in our country and one of the largest. We act as their agent and were appointed to represent their products on the international market. Since the beginning of our cooperation we have successfully delivered to numerous countries and register continuous growth.
The factory has a long history and experience with production capacity of 115 000 t. raw milk per shift. Thus we are able to provide you with wide variety of high quality products, raging from fresh milk, yogurt and strained yogurt with various fat content and Lactobacillus Bulgaricus prepared according to traditional Bulgarian recipe.
Our range includes also variety of white cheese and traditional and extremely delicious Bulgarian yellow cheese, as well as butter.
For some of our products vegetable oils are used following the requirements of our customers.
