The factory is established in 2007 and it is one of the largestvegetable oils manufacturers in Bulgaria. Its activities include:purchase and storage of oil seeds, licensed trading with grain,manufacturing and trade with: raw oils, refined oils and sunflowerexpeller (pomace). The production is being realized on the localand foreign market. Bonoilis an official member of the oil association inBulgaria - http://www.sunoil-bg.org.The factory is located on area of 28000 sq.m. , 6000 sq.m. of whichis closed /grain storages, production area, administrativebuilding/. The company is buying and taking in forstorage about 12000 tones oil seeds.The storage area for raw oil is with capacity of 1000 tones, andthe refined oil is being stored in stainless steel silos withcapacity of 800 tones.The oil mills use the latest technologies and process 100 tones ofsunflower seeds for 24 hours. That capacity give to the factory thechance to buy oil seeds during all year.The capacity of the newly build refinery is 100t per 24 h andincludes all technological stages: Neutralization, Bleaching,Crystallization and Deodorization. They are completed by theinstallation at the highest technological level, which guarantiesperfect quality of the final product, complying with all Europeanstandards.The factory has its own laboratory. The qualified laboratoryassistants are conducting 24 hour per day, control over allproducts and during all stages of the manufacturing process.The company used auxiliary materials phosphoric acid, citric acid,sodium base, salt, etc.. Ancillary materials are accepted on the basis of certificates quality, accompanied by the SDS, produced by companies suppliers.
