We are located in Deqing,Huzhou, adjoining to Mogan Mountain. The environment around our company is exquisite. Covering an area of 1200 square meters, we own updated workshop and R&D test lab. Besides, we have received ISO9001 certificate. Being well equipped with production equipment, we provide various products ranges. To realize the traceability of products and guarantee our quality, we possess a complete set of hygienic products testing equipment,formal laboratory and professional microbiology laboratory as well as excellent QC team and extremely strict QC control system.
Workshop area is about 4100 square meters. All workers and visitors must obey the hygienic management rules when entering into workshop. Workers should change shoes , wear work clothes, wash hands with sanitizer, dry hands and then sterilize with alcohol. Before entering, everyone must go through the air shower and turn around inside.
Workers are requested to strictly follow the workshop hygienic rules and production rules. During producing, QC staff test on-line products randomly to check quality regarding to specifications and record production conditions. With automatic packing machine, on-line packing and jetting have been realized. In addition, we also own semiautomatic packing machines hence production efficiency has been greatly improved. For meeting different demands of our customers, we can do manual packing as well. Therefore we could provide flexible packing methods.
From raw materials tests to finished goods test, QC department control quality strictly. Updated R&D laboratory is the guarantee of high-quality and innovative products. In our lab, there are various advanced test equipments, such as strength test machine, whiteness test machine, PH and fluorescence detectors, softness test machine and so on. QC staff can do microbiology experiment in microbiology lab. For better understanding of product performance, we do absorption, rewet, striking-through speed and other tests. Meanwhile, during the whole production process, QC staff plays an important role in document records and filing. Because of this, we have a strict and perfect traceability system.
Raw materials and finished goods are stocked in the warehouse. All raw materials follow first-in first-out principle. We classify and place raw materials in designated location, for example, untested materials in inspection area, rejected materials in rejection area. By this way, problems can be prevented at the beginning. We follow the principle of " No unqualified materials in and no unqualified goods out" to guarantee products quality. And we persist in providing best service and safest products for all customers.
