For producing pressed parts of vehicle body, there are 15 punches of 16T-250T, 4 hydraulic machines of 300T-1500T, 3 electrophoresis assembly lines. That gives us an ability of annually 20,000 vehicle-sets. For producing auto seat, there is an airless blast cleaning machine, 2 spray assembly lines, 3 sponge foamed assembly lines, 2 automatic blow molding machines, 3 installation assembly lines. That gives us an ability of annually 300,000pcs. Also, we have molding, punching, riveting, electrophoresis, and foaming workshops. Meanwhile, our company also established a complete monitoring system for seat intensity, interior combustion, and foam's hardness and so on.
