Zhangjiagang deyi plastic product co.,Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of PE series products and other disposable products in China. Our products consist of PE gloves (high density, low density, cast poly and stretch hybrid), PE aprons, PE sleeves, PE shoe covers, Vinyl gloves, Nitrile gloves and Latex Household gloves.
In year 1999, we started our business with PE series products, with 10sets of film blowing machine, 3sets of cast film machine, 40 glove machines, the production capacity can meet about 20*40'HQ.
After several years, in 2005, we expanded our scale with Vinyl Glove line. and our glove has been approved by the CEFDAISO13485There are 20 production lines in our factory and the monthly production capacity is about 100*40' FCL.
In 2009, we extended our product range with nitrile and latex household glove series.Not only introduced advanced production technology, installed new production lines, but also equipped full set of quality testing equipments. Moreover, our technologists have abundant experiences in production, technology, equipment engineering Division, etc. Our company plans to build 10 advanced glove production lines, with estimated annual production capacity more than 1.5 billion gloves.
