Our commercial offices are in Buenos Aires and our fishing boat operation takes place at Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world. Products are caught in the cold, unpolluted South Atlantic waters including the following species:HAKE Hoki (Macruronus Magellanicus): fishblock, Minced, Fillets Skin off, HGTHAKE Hubbsi (Merluccius Hubbsi): Minced, Fillets Skin off, HGTSouthern Hake (Merluccius Australis): HGTSouthern Blue whiting (Micromesis australis): HGTOther species are: Kingclip (HGT), Red fish, Silver warehou HGT, Skate wings, Squid, etc.Total staff is composed by more than 210 employees and two factory freezing vessels capable to catch, process and store more than 1400 Metric tons on board
