Wellshop Gifts Company had been specialized in 3D lenticular field for more than ten years. We have the complete producing processes from lense producing, 3D designing, interlacing, CTP, printing, lamination, die cutting, assembly and final packaging.
We have an amazing designing team who has long time experience in 3D, we always think a possible 3D solution to various new projects from different fields, like stationery, gifts, housewares, promotion wares, souvenir gift, adv. Board etc. and offer perfect 3D solutions to new concept customer present to us.
We are using 6C Heidelberg speed master UV printing machine for offset printing, which can keep printing data in memory and follow the same color style on repeated printings to make sure different print runs has almost same colors. And this machine can adjust line position automatically to offer a clear printing quality on back depth.
The capacity of this machine is 7000 master sheets (71cm*51cm size) per hour.
We use Epson-9800 digital printer for big size 3D printing like adv. billboards. With the automatically laminator, we can provide you with a glossy and clear 3D with no air bubbles.
We also has a powerful lense producing machine, we produce lense material in a workshop nearby the printing room, this help us to have more precise control on the lense quality and cost.
A good QC system is the last guarantee to quality, Our QC team members has long time experiences in 3D, they have a lot knowledge to 3D lense quality, they know the 3D quality standards clearly.
We set up QC position in each process, finding the problem before goods go ahead into next processes.
