Yangzhou Reeshe Garment & Accessory Corporation specializes in producing swimwear.
Founded in 2004, Our factory is located 2 hours away from Shanghai by high speed train, our nearest airport is in Nanjing. The whole area is an important tourist attraction and economic center in China.
Over the years, we have developed a team made of 50 designers and over 400 workers, plus 35 Quality controlers. Among our clients, there are Sainsbury's, Hunkemoller, Oysho, Monsoon & Accessorizes , Next , River Island, Etam and Undiz , Women'secret, BLEU, and TRIUMPH.
In cooperating with these clients, the first steps we take involve Trends study, Designer team work on the collection. Once the CAD and all design details are fixed through communication, we go through Sample sewing and fitting. When the sample is adjusted to the taste of our customer by our research and develop department, and the final sample is confirmed, we then engage into large quantity production.
There are specifique and strict schedules for all the steps above. Our advantage is that our staff can understand exactly the need of foreign designers when they describe what they want and we possess all kinds of accurate techniques to put the design into place. And since we've been doing this for more than 12 years, we have developped in fact five operating groups. Each one of them take care of the business with 2 or 3 important brands.
As a matter of fact, because the complete course of research and develop takes a long time and much energy for each product to be fulfilled, and because we are already serving many big brands in this area, it is currently not very pratical for us to spend more time and energy on detailed design & reserch with more customers. So mainly we expect new customers to purchase directly from our products, as all our products are of high quality and on trends with all kinds of styles.
In fact, during the last 12 months, we have produced more than 6 million pieces of swimwear (one-piece, two-pieces, bikini, etc) and our monthly production can reach 600 0000 pieces. All the fabrics we use meet european and american standards, as they have been tested strictly on colors, strength, eco-friendliness, etc.
Since 2014, we have our own brand registered - JULY SAND. Apart from our researching skills, we are also proud to have the spirit of innovation.
In 2014, as well as in 2015, our anual turnover reached in total 40 million *s. Our vision is to serve all swimming lovers with our high quality products and become the best-known swimwear producer in the world.
