Established in March 1971, Xiamen Yinhua Building Machinery Co., Ltd is a large state-owned enterprise, formerly known as Fujian Hongliu Machine Factory (No 5357 state-run factory, affiliated with the former Ministry of Ordnance Industry). In 1984, it was relocated from Qingliu County, Sanming to Tong an District of Xiamen when it began to turn to civilian goods manufacturing. In 1998, the company allied itself to XGMA. In May 2006, its assets were put under the administration of CCRE Group to become a membership enterprise of the group.
