With integrated Design, R&D, Testing Lab and Manufacturing bases, Padmate is committed to working with world class customers and delivering high quality goods from even concept stage.
What We Do
Bluetooth Devices. One of the most important business sections in Padmate is OEM and ODM of cutting-edge designed high quality Bluetooth devices, such as True wireless headset, Bluetooth wireless headphones, sports headsets, mono headsets, speakers, handsets and BLE wearables etc. Some of Padmate Bluetooth devices have entered pretty high application fields like NBL, International Marathon races and Olympic athlete training etc.
Smart Devices. Padmate also work at OEM/ODM of smart devices with/for global makers. Many pioneering teams working at Microsoft or from Tsinghua University etc found us to work together because Padmate really do what we promise.
Contract Manufacturing (EMS). Backed up by its unique vertical integration mode, Padmate provides the global customers with One-Stop services, such as produce design, tooling, prototyping, manufacturing, testing and assembly etc. Customers include the top brands like Microsoft, Huawei, Lenovo, KDDI, LG, Softbank,Meitu, Xiaomi etc.
Team & Facilities
Design House. Within Padmate 33,000 sqft design house, 70+ designers and engineers for Industrial Design, Mechanical Design, Graphic Design, Hardware/Software Design and Production Jigs together with Project Managers work at OEM/ODM projects from global markets. Many of the engineers have 10-year plus experience devoting to R&D with their expertise and have worked on critical projects from top 500 companies. Sustainable quality and reliability of projects are highly concerned during R&D.
Testing Lab. In order to ensure the success of new project development and the quality of production, Padmate set up a 10,000 sqft lab equipped with Bluetooth testers, RF testers, Battery charge and discharge testing, Noise level test, Acoustic test, Bluetooth full function test, Humidity test, Cold and Hot Impact test, Moisture test, Salt-fog test, Vibration test, Drop test, Lifespan test, RCA, 3D dimension measuring, Tension test and RoHS analysis and Water pressure test etc. With increasing new projects coming in, we have been always investing specific testing equipment accordingly as well.
Manufacturing. Padmate is supported by Harda Group with 270,000 sqft ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001 audited manufacturing base where it has more than 150 sets of state-of-art Japan machines, equipment and tools for mould making, automatic precise injection molding, clean room spray painting, stamping, SMT, automatic gluing, ultrasonic welding, heat press, high frequency cutting and welding, dust-free assembly, laser engraving, logo printing and packing. Thanks to 500 employees, we have 1 million pieces monthly output on average.
Partnership with Intel. In 2016, Padmate was selected as one of the Intel innovation partners. Padmate has the direct source and support from Intel on smart device kits.
