Wuxi Hongda Textile Machinery Parts Corporation Limited (Wuxi Texparts) is a limited company restructured from the former Wuxi Textile Machinery Factory in 2002. Our company mainly engages in manufacturing high-tech bearings, high-speed turning parts, and other spare parts for textile machinery equipment. We also offer auxiliary components for users in the textile industry.
Our major products are as follows
1) DZ series woven roller bearings with the annual production capacity of 12,000,000 sets. Both the yield and quality are leading among competitors in the same industry, with 75% market share, we are one of the largest manufacturers of these products in China.
2) HT series friction fancy yarn spinning machines are auxiliary products of stretch yarn machines
3) Double-track fancy yarn spinning machine bearings developed on the basis of friction fancy yarn spinning machines, have bridged the domestic gap in this field, with the annual production capacity of 1 million sets
4) DZP series spindle belt tension discs are widely used as the spindles and belt tension bearings for cotton spinning frames, wool spinning frames and yarn twisters in textile industry. They are the exported auxiliary products for some famous main machine factories, and are mainly exported to Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa
5) Short-fiber double-twisting spindle is the exclusive spindle for short-fiber double twisters suitable for wool or cotton double twisters. It mainly includes standard bearing and spindle bearing, whose yarn barrel dimension ranges from 170 to 195mm, with the most complete specifications in China
6) Covering spindles are used for covering machines with 20,000rpm rotating speed. The domestic market share is around 65%. Covering spindles include M4F low-speed covering spindles, M4D medium-speed covering spindles, M4Z high-speed covering spindles and so on, totally over 10 types. They are applicable to the craft rotation speed of 6,000-25,000rpm
7) Novel shockproof twister spindle used for matching yarn spinning machines
As a professional supplier, we have 180 sets of various manufacturing equipment, most of which are precision grinding and processing machines and digital processing machines. There are 25 sets of large precision and digital control equipment, 100 sets of microelectronic control equipment, and over 10 imported bearing inspection and testing instruments. Meanwhile, we have established an internal network including 7 3COM switches and central switches and more than 140 computers and servers. Our company has basically realized PDM product data management and primary implementation.
In addition, we have more than 800 employees including 95 professionals and 45 intermediary and senior professionals and 11 technicians.
