Heat loss and transfer analysis determines the most efficient cooling system in every mould. Internal server network allows direct and parallel communication amongst R & D, CNC and assembly departments. Our mould technicians can design various kinds of blowing moulds for containers from 5ml-300L like medicine bottles, chemical packaging barrel, tool boxes and water tanks etc, and injection jar moulds, thin-wall moulds, multi-cavity cap mulds, PET preform moulds and other plastic moulds. Atop's skilled mold makers take pride in the closed tolerances of their hand-finished surfaces, every mold manufactured by Atop is tested in-house using a full range of machine sizes.
