Whitebull International Industries Incorporated is a company registered with the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and located in Delta State of Nigeria. The company was registered in 1992 and started operation as a small scale enterprise that same year.
Whitebull international Industries Incorportated is as one man business, but with the expansion and increase in operational activities, partnership is presently being sourced from interested modern machines manufacturer of producers, and in the near future with intention of effective growth through efficient management, the company will be enlisted into the Nigeria Stock Exchange market.
Whitebull International INC. Partnership Policy
We shall be responsible for providing the resources and our partners provides the modern operating machineries, while profit shall be shared on the ratio of 70% to Partners and 30% to us at the first 5 years of operations, there after, profit shall be shared on the ratio of 60% to our partners and 40% to us; all transactions shall be legally documented and endorsed by all partners as binding document.

Our present areas of operations are production of major required and fast consumable materials in the Nigeria and West African markets as a whole.

We are presently producing the following plastic products:

Cosmetics
We are presently producing the following cosmetics:
1. Toilet Soap
2. Powered Soap (Detergents)
3. Light Soaps (Kitchen Soap)
4. Body Cream
Resources
1. 20 Personnel for the Plastic production factory
2. 25 Personnel for the Cosmetic production factory
3. Production machinery for both factories (This need to be upgrade to modern machineries, as they are locally fabricated and not too speedy in operation)
4. 200 x 150 ft of land presently being used for our operations.
5. 2 warehouse for storage
6. 8 products distribution vehicles and 3 personnel carriers.
7. 10 distribution centres spread all over the country
8. 400 x 200ft of land newly acquired for future use.
9. All production materials are presently being sourced locally
10 Present operation capital is internally sourced, but no debt incurred so far in our operations since inception.

Requirements
1. Plastic Machines Manufacturers Partners
Requires foreign partner who can provide plastic making machines for joint operations at 70%/30% profit sharing ration for the first 5 years, after which it will be adjusted to 60%/40% for the rest of the jointly operated production.

Requires foreign partner who can provide cosmetics making machines for joint operations at 70%/30% profit sharing ration for the first 5 years, after which it will be adjusted to 60%/40% for the rest of the jointly operated production.
