Westminster industries ltd. Was established in 1975, specializing in marketing softwood lumber to B. C. Washington and oregon. Its founder and president, David Wasmuth, began with pacific overland timber in 1969 and held key purchasing positions with cooper widman, a subsidiary of bulkley valley forest industries.
The company moved to its new location in 2007, where, through its specialized trading staff, it focuses on personalized service, supplying lumber to manufacturing plants in North America, millwork stock to overseas markets, and construction lumber products and specialties such as treated and primed fascia to the contract trade
