The group has business in commercial refrigeration industry in Malaysia on mid-1994 with the formation of OCEAN PARADE SDN. BHD. (OP). OP started as an import and wholesales company of heater glass doors. Thereafter it diversified into commercial glass door display chiller and freezer cabinet trading. All there products are brought into Malaysia from Taiwan.
OP Trading business of commercial glass door chiller & freezer cabinets obtained very favorable results and this prompt the group to from OCEAN PARADE INDUSTRIES S/B (OPI) in mid-1995 in co-operation with its cabinets supplies in Taiwan ie. Chyi Huei Industry Co. Ltd in Kaohsiung to manufacture cabinets to Malaysia and stop importing cabinets after OPI begin its full production on Jan, 1996.
