The textile fabric converting process consists of
1) designing fabrics
2) purchasing yarns both dyed and undyed and commissioning knitting mill to knit the yarns into greige fabric according to the customers specifications
3) commissioning fabric finishers to finish the fabrics through a process of washing,
Bleaching dyeing and applying certain chemical finishes to greige fabric according to the specifications.
Constructions
We offer a wide range of fabric constructions in both singleknit, doubleknit and jacquard. S. Jersey, interlock, rib (all varieties), waffle knit, pique, print, dropneedle, micro fleece, elestic fabrics, engineering/feeder stripe, bonded, mesh, functional items and many others are available.
