We, both quality control & communication team and management board, are regularly at factories and in the villages where the crafts people work and live. In processes of making products, we share with all our teams from village mold coilers, factory workers, communication staffs and production related parties (material suppliers, carton & printing factories etc) the how those products will be used so that everyone in production chain are all clearly aware of do and don't, tolerance and intolerance to produce them well.
