This isthe first private company that have a development order from sateof malacca to build own operate Electric Train (LRT) project inMalaysia, Malacca state is a tourist destination The train willstart from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA ) to Malaccastate which the distance is about 200 km.It will consist of 2terminals and 48 stations. Beside this we will do a japantechnology power turbine which can produce electricity from seawater to generate power for this Electric Train. We will also develops some potential areas a long the railway trackas pocket development . The total cost of this projects isestimated USD 1.5 - 2.0 Billion . The conservative revenueestimation is USD 300 - 400 million per year. we must submit the master plan and feasibility study before theconstruction starts.
