This service is provided on a regular timed basis or as needed. We supply the following to make this an efficient and effective process:
Perform a plant survey
Configure a database specific to a customers needs
Supply & install permanent vibration sensors on your machines where appropriate
nstall permanent "targets" on machines for manual data collection by machine operators
Use triaxial accelerometers for the most efficient method to collect data and save you *.
Train operators in making the route & taking data: this takes surprisingly little time out of their schedule
Supply the data collectors
Report regularly when all is Ok
Immediately bring excursions or apparent events to customer's attention and suggest a course of action
Travel to site if on site assistance is needed
