We use to send the fit samples / quality swatches / salesman samples thoroughly checked & ensure the quality & we use to give local approvals ensure the timely action in case of necessity.
Also our Final inspecting QAD team use to do the inspection & send the final inspection reports directly to the Buyer for their evaluation. Also incase of problem we use to hold the shipment after the inspection & we will wait for the Buyers reply to the shipment position on their comments on the inspection reports. Incase of new supplier additional to the buyer we will go & evaluate the company & check their production capacity , factories facility for labour welfare / factory compliance whether it meets the Buyer quality standard quality too . This really reduces the pressure for the Buyer.
