The reason for this is because this is secure for me. atleast for the first time.I know that in china it takes 6 months to withdraw * from paypal.So I have a deal. For example a branded N95 is $300.I will send $350 by paypal. once you get the * in your paypal you send the item. As soon as I get the item I will send you $600 the next day anyway you want. After you get this $600 you send me one more mobile. So this way I have given you $600 for two mobiles. Now for the * in your paypal account, after you withdraw it after 6 months, then you can send me another mobile or something else at the same cost.This way I will be secure that you wont be running away with my * and I am not cheating you too.hope this works for both of us.
