On January, 1, 2008, in connection with the expansion of activities, by the decision of founders, the company was restructured. The equipment producing plant was detached into a separate enterprise "UkrTechnoFoods" with the trade mark "UTF" and "Ukrtechnofoods".Technologies developed by our company are protected by patents of Ukraine, Russia, Armenia and European countries.
