Our manufacturing plant, which has 14,000m?for building is located on the land of 33,000m?in Pohang City, and we also have the sales department branches all around Korea, representative cities such as Seoul, Busan, Dae-jeon, Dae-gu. Since established in 1990, we have produced stainless steel pipes for supplying to the whole domestic and overseas industries. Stainless steel pipe which we produce can be mainly used for the plant construction field, construction field, shipbuilding, LNG gas tanks and other various uses such as making components. We have supplied our products to the construction field of Korea's representative major companies like Samsung, SK, POSCO. Also we have regularly exported stainless steel pipes abroad such as Asia, USA(United States), Oceania and Middle East, etc.Steel grades of our stainless steel pipe are 304, 304L, 316, 316L, which are so durable that hardly get rust and stand saltwater, great heat, high pressure. To respond to customer's concerns about product's quality, we release our products after examining them with the tests, such as Non-destructive test like Eddy Current test, Hydrostatic test, and getting qualified. We produce pipes in the standards of A312, A358, A409 of ASTM(American society for testing materials). In case of sizes, we can produce from 3/8 inch to 54" inches in outer diameter, and from 13 feet to 40 feet in length per each pipe. Our factory equipped several manufacturing lines up to 16" diameters and roll bender over 16" diameters for producing the stainless steel pipes to meet customer's needs. And we minimized the straightness error of pipes by correcting it with U-Steel's own CRM(Circumference Rolling Machine) facilities. Besides, we pursue the best quality with meticulous welding and pickling, rigorous quality test.
