The company is headed by our Managing Director, Roberta Minty, who is an experienced HR and training expert with outstanding skills in leadership and interpersonal behaviour. Bobbies knowledge and experience in business and company management is one of our most important assets. She is highly interactive with our clients, which ensures we maintain close relations with them at all times.
The companys other Director is Stacey Marsh. Staceys working background and knowledge has brought a solid essence to the core of Total Training. In particular, in terms of business processes, company administration and project management.
Steven Thomas is Total Trainings Business Development Manager. The company benefits significantly from Stevens business development and financial capabilities. He is also a qualified trainer and uses these collective skills in order to work closely with all our clients.
Combining all these qualities, we are in a position to ensure that each of our clients receives a unique service from us, and from this we regularly receive repeat business.
