Tonglu Xincheng Scarf Factory is a private enterprise located in Shenban Industrial Park, Hengcun Town, Tonglu, Zhejiang Province, with a land area of 7,000sqm, and over 100 employees. Now, we are mainly engaged in the designing, manufacturing and processing of scarves, with an annual output of 2 million pieces.
Relying on professional and experienced designers and personnel, and equipped with leading equipment (tatting machines, rapier looms, lace machines and warp knitting machines), we have the good abilities to offer you all kinds and complete specifications of scarves, which follow international fashion closely.
