There are subsidiary companies as Warp Knitting Company, Dyeing I Company, Dyeing II Company, Trade Company, Silk Refining Company, Transport Company and Yaxue Dyeing etc. The company covers an area of over 280 mu and owns over 1,300 staff and 34 set KS & HKS warp knitting machine imported from German which was made in Carl Meyer Company with an annual productivity of 20.6 million meter, 40 set high temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine, 10 set sizing machine with an annual productivity of 18,000 ton and 33 set high temperature and high pressure roll dyeing machine with an annual productivity of 50 million meter.
