Ticonuno is a Milan-based company, specialised in the organisation of events such as workshops, conferences and courses finalised to help people acquire a greater understanding of new media.Other sector of activities is the production of article or supplements on the relationship between the education sector and labour market.We are currently working on a series of conferences dedicated to exploring the current status and the future use of the Internet in various commercial fields the first of these explored the relationship between internet and the advertising sector. The first is dedicated to "Advertising and Internet".The second one is dedicated to " Publishing and Internet" Ticonuno has also planned and organized two conferences dedicated to the culture of interactivity. The first one 'Multimedia- Principles and basic technologies". The second one "Publishing. Communication @multimedia.digital".In the publishing sector Ticonuno is commissioned by the daily newspaper 'La Stampa' to edit the supplement 'Scuola e Lavoro'(School and Job), which focuses on the relationship between the education sector and the labour market. Ticonuno has edited sixteen inserts for the daily 'La Repubblica' aimed to guide students in the choice of university faculties. On the same topic, Ticonuno has written five books for the publisher 'Edizioni Maggioli'.Ticonuno is also leader for two projects financed by the European Community: Within the 'Employment NOW Program Ticonuno is assembling an on-line data bank named 'Women at Work' addressed to women looking for a first job or intending to return to the labour market.Women at work is on line at the url "donnalavoro.ticonuno.it"
