The company was established in 1991. Between 1991 and 1995, SIVA MOB functioned in a rented space and achieved high performance in 2 fields: Increase of productivity and diversification of production. But the main thought of the founders was to give up the production of garden furniture and switch to the production of interior furniture. The economic and technical performances allowed the company to achieve this goal. In 1995, the construction for the company building began in it's present location. In an area of 64,000 square feet there are 4 productions halls - 1 green wood processing hall,1 dry wood processing hall,1 assembly hall and 1 finishing and packing hall.170 employees work in these surroundings. Due to the excellent technological equipment, monthly productions of 1,500 pieces of furniture is realized, all of them going on the European market. The monthly sales are approximately 150,000 Euros. The production could also be increased, in part, due to the good business relationship with other investors. Annual sales reached 3,000,000 Euros and his ecological furniture is highly acclaimed on the very pretentious German, Austrian, Italian and French market.
The furniture is made of solid wood and can be processed in 3 different variations:
1. Waxed basis coat of paint(comes in different colors), with a positive effect on the first coat, followed by a protective waxed coat. This procedure is an ecological finish without affecting the atmosphere.
2. Positive basis coat of paint(come in different colors) and two coats of varnish based on water, with a polishing process in between. This procedure is also an ecological finish.
3. Positive bases coat of paint, followed by two polyurethane varnish coats, with a polishing process in between, a special process to marl out the profiles and a final polyurethane finish.
The different types of finishes for the glass doors are one coat of nitrocellulose as a base, a polishing process and 1 to 2 coats of final nitrocellulose varnish.
