We produce 8000 spoilers for Daihatsu Sirion model a month as OEM for PERODUA in Malaysia. Other models include Honda's, Suzuki swift, some Hyundai models, Toyota's, Mercedes and BMW's, Skoda Octavia and others. Our current monthly production output is about 120, 000 pieces and this will increase to 170, 000 pieces from June 2012.We are also OEM manufacturer for 4x4 vehicles accessories such as1, Stainless Steel Kangaroo-Bars,2, Stainless Steel Roll-Bars,3, Stainless Steel Sports-Bar,4, Stainless Steel Roller-Bar,5, Stainless Steel Side Bar,6, Stainless Steel Rear Bar,7, Roof Rock,8, ABS Vacuum Forming Bumper Guard,9, ABS Vacuum Forming Body Cladding,10, Fiber Glass Spare Wheel Cover11, Aluminum Side Stepfor the Toyota Hilux Pick up for UMW-Toyota Malaysia, Mitsubishi Pick up and Isuzu Pick ups. Our advantage in this business is that, we have the in house ability to design our products through a concept idea, make mock up and prototype samples, manufacture the molds through our own in house mold shop, mass produce them and finally paint them using our state of the art painting shop using the oven baking system to produce high quality spoilers and body kits. As for the side steps and anti roll bars, we have our own bending machines and TIG and MIG welding equipments to produce all the parts in house. The benefit of our manufacturing system is that we are able to control and save a lot of cost for our clients by having all the facilities done in house. Our quality level is highly controlled through this practice.
