Tangsteel & HuaYe (Tianjin) Iron & Steel Products Marketing Co.,Ltd is founded on December 14th.,2011. The company registered capital of 300 million CNY, whereby the Tangsteel contribute 70% and the Shanghai Huaye contribute 30%. Our company located in the third runway reserved for the west of Tianjin Binhai International Airport. Our company cover an area of 303,030 square meters, Estimated total investment of 730 million CNY, in two phases, the total construction ares is about 187,000 square meters. During the phases I, the construction area is 128,000 square meter, it is completed with storage and processing capabilities in September of 2013. The phases II started in 2014 and expected to start producing in the second half year of 2014. Three years after the project goes into operation, it will form a scale of 5,000,00tons per year for steel processing and sales.
In the first phases, the plant construction area for cold rolling and hot rolling is 58,590 square meters, there are 9 production line, it mainly used for opening and leveling HRC and CRC into sheets and plates, slitting the coils or sheets into strips. Also there are a marketing building and a comprehensive building cover a total area of 10,000 square meters. After the first phase of the project put into production, our company's storage capability is 100,000 ton for cold rolled and 200,000 for hot rolled, and all is indoor warehouse. After completion of the office building, it can provide first-class office environment and office facilities for the steel mills, big traders, and through logistics and financial derivative services, to provide warehousing regulatory and financial support. In short, the clients come to our corporate office or warehouse can enjoy the sales agents, processing, financing and other services. Currently the customers have the intention of cooperation are China Steel Group, SWKD Co.Ltd. And Shougang. Also the Chende I&S Co and Baotou Irn and Steel Co are under discussion. The Tianjin various financial institutions intention to cooperate is relatively high, there are Bank of China, Shanghai Pudong Development, Pingan Bank, Industrial Bank and other banks; The processing and trading scale is around 5,000,000 tons per year, which processing 2.4 million tons per year, and trading 2.6 million tons per year. After the project is expected to be completed 3 years of sales revenue reached 25 billion CNY.
