1) Derusting machine: Before galvanizing,the wire need to be cleaned as it's always rust. We invented the derusting machine to remove the impurities by physical method instead of chlorhydric acid washing. Traditional chemical method (acid washing) to clean the wire caused pollution and environmental thread, our new invention fully embodies our philosophy of green and environmental friendly.
2) High pressure blower: In the last stage--zinc coating when wire in the zinc pool, Chemical displacement reaction occurred. To make the most of chemical liquid in zinc pool and avoid a waste, the air that bursts from many tiny holes on the machine against flow of liquid medicine. This effective use of liquid not only increases the productivity but also reduce pollution.
3) Electric annealing furnace: the advantage of our new production line-electric annealing furnace is eco-friendly and efficient as using electric energy instead of traditional coal resources. It also save the energy and raise the production capacity.
