Yantai TaiHong Rubber Co.,Ldt is a professional enterprise specialized in producing rubber fender and other macromolecule material harbour protection products etc with nearly 50 years history. For the development of our company we build a new factory located in Shengquan Industrial Park Laishan District in 2002.The new factory takes 5942.4 square meters. At present we have 256 staffs, 55 technicians including 16 senior and middle engineering technicians working for company and 4 workshops,7 management offices and 2 marketing offices. we joint fund together with Hongkong plastic engineering Co.,Ltd to establish current Yantai Taihong Rubber Co.,Ltd and after this we have been developing very fast. To assure the quality of our products we have build quality assurance system in accordance to the requirement of GB/T19001:20004-ISO9001:2000,and we have acquired quality certificate awarded by National quality authentication organization and Britain UKAS quality certifiSo far, the company owns a considerable production capacity and is able to manufacture more than 20 serials of rubber fenders and other polymer wharf protective systems of which fenders with super length was awarded as China new products and rubber fenders with high reaction force filled the blank of this field in China. In succession,13 serials of fender such as cell fenders, cell fenders without chains, super arch fenders, floating fenders, pneumatic fenders were appraised by Shandong Province and awarded as Shandong new products and the special rubber fenders with super length were awarded key new products by China Science and Technology Committee. To meet the market development, the company has developed Polyurethane foam fenders and plastic fenders that are environmentally safe. After recent years development and trial production, manufacturing techniques of the two types of fenders are applicable and the company applied for patents from China Patent Office.
