Taeyang Industrial Co., Ltd. originates from Seung-Il Can Mfg. Co.,
which was the first domestic company to produce butane gas in 1961.
Through steady product development and popularization over the past 30 years,
we have established a long tradition built on high confidence. In 1989, Taeyang Industrial Co., Ltd. began realizing its far-reaching dream to have the world as our market and the human race as our customers.
We created a 30,000-pyong factory site in Chonan and operated Fuel lines in 1991 as a start, continuing on to the OEM filling line and 5-gallon can line in 1992 and the printing and painting lines from 1993.
Thus we have accomplished every aspect of a consolidated Tin Can company with international size and the latest facilities, equipped to deal with processes from printing and Tin Cans to fully automatic filling.
Aside from covering the domestic market, we are also exporting our products to approximately 40 foreign countries including Japan, the U.S. and Taiwan.
Additionally, we won the 10-million-* Export Tower in 1996, and attained a Quality Certificate from the JIA (Japan) and the ISO-9002 Certificate from Tuv Rheiland (Germany) in 1995, before moving on to capture the Single PPM Quality Certificate and UL Mark Certificate in 1997.
These initiatives are made in order to produce high-quality products that will satisfy our customers' needs, as we mature into the world's best butane gas fuel company both in name and reality.
