Szucs Ltd organises its business around three main activities:Manufacturing and developing Welding, Heat-treater, Control cabinet and Single-purpose machinery-Services related to welding machinery: - maintenance, service, - periodical safety review, -Calibrating, -heat-treating of welded jointsBeyond the development and manufacturing of welding machinery the company deals with the development and manufacturing of welding accessories and single-purpose machines. As the result of this operation we have developed computer controlled heat-treaters of welded joints, electrical contol cabinets, metal sprinkler equipments and semi-automatic circular-welder machine.Engineering equipments of the company was set up for the development and manufacturing of welding and single purpose machinery. As the company owns metal plate and band cutters, hydraulic blender, lathe, granular-blasting (unrusting) device, coiling wire puller-insulator equipment, coiling machines, we can produce the truss/framework, as well as the transformers of welding and single purpose machinery locally.We design and manufacture the printed circuit boards needed in our machineries.We own those computer controlled instruments which are absolutely necessary to the modern quality assurance (scope, artificial-loads etc).For quality assurance we have insulation-resistance instruments and insulation-puncture test instruments. With the help of the computer controlled calibrating/testing instrument we can accurately calibrate the characteristic of welding machineries.The computer stores the result of the test, which can be printed. The instrument measures and stores static and dynamic loading parameters.To enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements, our company adopted the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems since the 1st of July 2004.
