Raw material - PA 6 short fiber (6.7dtex - 66dtex) from EMS Germany; PA 6 yarns for base fabrics from Shakespear UK. Felt designs - similar to Voith Fabrics and Hyke. Can also make same patterns as Albony and Aston Johnson. Manufacturing process - Chemical washing, precompaction and singe burning process. Delivery - Production lead time is 2 weeks from order receiving; Standard packaging with sea freight wooden box.
