After few years the range of Products expanded and today we are actively involved in the marketing, sales, distribution and services of electro medical, electrophysiology (EP), hospital, diagnostics equipments, surgical disposable & consumables and represent several world renowned manufacturers as their exclusive distributor / agent.Geographically we cover the whole Pakistan and some parts of Afghanistan through our branch and distributors network. We are active in both private and Government sectors and our activities ranges from supplying single equipment to a private customer to handling big projects on turnkey basis. Besides the regular commercial business we are also involved in Grant Aid Projects funded by foreign governments in health, education and research sector, we work as local partner with our foreign counterparts in developing and executing these projects.One of the most important SURGI WORLD marketing strategies is to keep close contact with the customers. It is our strong belief the interaction with customers is the most important factor in selling. Our highly experienced marketing staff is capable of performing consulting sales because they handle technology-intensive products. They regularly visit the customer for new business opportunities and also to obtain feedback from them on the products supplied by us.This marketing strategy based on the concept of �User First� has helped us to gain the customer�s confidence; satisfied customer is an asset for our company. In addition to the personal contact, we extensively carry out the direct mailing of flyers / brochures of the existing and new products on mass scale, which virtually reaches all the customers of any particular market segment.
